This is actually the only thing on the Carrie Diaries that I’d wear.
Well, it finally happened. After months of speculation, the Carrie Diaries premiered and it was a little like finding $20 in your pocket.
You reach in not expecting anything, only to be pleasantly surprised.
I know you’ll probably take this with a grain of salt – after all, when it comes to television, my taste is a little bourgeoisie. (Cough Hart of Dixie Cough) Even so, I have to give credit to the folks at the Carrie Diaries for delivering a show filled with clever writing, nostalgic pop culture, and a soundtrack that will put a smile on your face.
And although I don’t exactly buy Anna Sophia Robb as a young Carrie Bradshaw yet, there were glimpses of the therapy loving, chain smoking New Yorker she’ll one day grow into.
Just as soon as she gets rid of those horrendous black pumps.
What did you think of Carrie Diaries? Love it or hate it?
