90210 secret: The vintage print jacket belongs to costume designer Kime Buzelli who was wearing the jacket during filming. Jessica Stroup loved it and asked to borrow it for the scene.

I’m a big believer in not judging someone unless you’ve walked a mile in her shoes.

And before you state the obvious – that I spend my fair share of time judging those girls from the Bachelor – just remember that I’ve also walked my fair share of miles in shoes from Aldo.

So before I go on an hour long tirade against Annie Wilson (Shenae Grimes) and why she’s arguably the stupidest fictional character on television (hello, hooker much?) I tried to put myself in her place.

What must it be like to be rich beyond belief, beautiful beyond compare and so stupid that you’re planning your life around a writing program in Scotland before you’ve even mailed the application?

But then I remembered that to walk in Annie’s shoes would mean that I have an IQ of a cheesecake, so I started to paint my nails with White Out and … what was I talking about again?

Oh yeah, Annie Wilson lives in a world where someone falls to her death, returns to collect 1/2 million in blackmail money and SHE GETS IN THE CAR WITH HER. (Not for nothing, but if Liam pushed me off the beach house porch and left me to wash up as dolphin food, there’d be a lot more zeroes in that blackmail demand. Believe. Me.)

So dream big Annie Wilson. And just maybe, one day, we’ll live in a world where people in wheelchairs will be able to travel commercial and also will be able to vote.

Boy, wouldn’t that be something to write about?
