Revenge Fashion: Ashley’s yellow dress

When you think of Revenge fashion, there’s no question that red may be the color that springs to mind.

But leave it to the always calculating Ashley Davenport and her Revenge style to be one step ahead of her New York neighbors.

While everyone else was wearing dramatic reds to prove they are broody and dark, and not quite resolved in their childhood issues, Ashley Madekwe‘s Revenge character took a cue from last week’s Emmy’s style.

This fall’s Emmy fashion included all shades of yellow from butter to chartreuse, as Hollywood royalty Julie Bowen, Julianne Moore and Claire Danes all donned sunshine-inspired frocks to the Emmy awards, in hopes of hopefully landing a golden statue of their own.

And back in the Hamptons, Ashley Davenport looked just as stunning in a L’Wren pencil sheath, that fit Ashley like a glove.

No doubt Ashley Davenport snagged a golden statue of her own.
