If you follow me on Twitter (and you should, I’m hilarious.) you would know that I was recently attacked for a comment I made about Bristol Palin’s short shorts on Dancing With the Stars. (Something to the effect of them being so short I was able to see Russia from them.)
So I am not about to touch the whole “I’m Mitt Romney’s son” storyline from this week’s New Girl, except to say that in classic New Girl fashion, it was hilarious. (Not unlike my Twitter feed. Follow me, would ya?)
Which leaves me, of course, with Jess and Nick’s “fluffer” storyline and the idea that sometimes you need someone (or something) else to get you ready for the deed.
And it was humbling to realize that lately characters from primetime TV are my fluffer. I can’t focus on the task at hand until I’ve first spent some time each night with Rachel Berry, Zoe Hart, Aria Montgomery or those crazy Bravermans.
And yes, I realize how sad that truly is.
I mean, none of those people would ever build Ikea furniture for me.

You know you read too much Possessionista, when you are watching New Girl, you see Jess’ tiny bow, polka dot sweater and you think to yourself, “that’s from J Crew, Katie Holmes wore that, I saw it on Possessionista.”

Any idea about the velvet/velveteen black skirt Jess was wearing with the polka dot sweater?
I really liked the polka dot sweater look. I was wondering if you knew anything about the short black skirt she was wearing or if you could suggest a similar skirt that would look good with that kind of sweater.
Any ideas on the cute white with pink polka dot blouse the girl that Schidmt was hitting on in the scene at the end in her apartment is from. I’ve been searching everywhere. HELP as only you can you fellow fashionable Chicagoian!
