Serena may have the Upper East Side wrapped around her little finger, but it’s what’s wrapped around Blair’s minion’s necks just might be the neck’s best thing.

And while Serena’s party might be the invite of the moment, I suspect more than a few Upper East siders are clamoring for an invite to one of these neck parties.

Do you know who the designer for the black double breasted Nelly Yuki wore to interview Blair? The dress was seen very briefly but I loved the short sleeves and the tailored look and I’m wondering if it’s available anywhere.

Shouldn’t it be Blair’s minions’ statement necklaces in the title? Looks like it’s both possessive and plural in this case. Anywho…these girls appear to have dressed in the dark. But I don’t watch the show so maybe there’s a reason for these outfits!

  Totally. I’m still figuring out how to format my titles for my new blog and sometimes I can’t get the apostrophes to show up in the address. It makes me look like an idiot, but at least people searching on Google can find what they’re looking for. I’m willing to look a little foolish in the name of fashion.
  
  I do think they’re outfits are over the top, but that’s sort the Gossip Girl style – it’s almost a charicature of itself.
