You know the expression: fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you?

The last episode of Covert Affairs had an interesting twist on the old saying.

If you recall, Annie Walker is now in Russia trying to find Lena the double agent and enlists the help of her heartbroken piano teacher. But when he finally finds Lena again, things don’t go as planned.

As the old saying goes, “fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, let me at least play Pachelbel’s Canon before you leave.”

Or something like that.

The piano teacher turns on Annie, and she finds herself face to face with the woman that once shot her and left her for dead. But Annie is smarter than her piano teacher and takes matters into her own hands.

Like the old saying goes, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? That’s a bullet in your chest.”

Or something like that.

Here’s hoping the folks back at headquarters are more forgiving of Annie’s latest breach.

Like the old saying goes, “Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, and you’re writing parking tickets Detective Walker.”

Or something like that.

With such a long hiatus from Covert Affairs and Annie Walker’s style, I wanted to let you know that USA now has all of season 3′s episodes online if you’ve missed any of Annie Walker’s Covert Affairs fashion.

Miss it once, shame on you. Miss it twice, you’re going to have to rent the season on DVD.

  1. What about the brown ankle booties she’s wearing? where can I find those?

  2. I was wondering the exact same thing as Andri. Where can I find the boots Annie wears to Russia. You can see them before she gets in the car with Auggie and at the station in Russia. Please, Please, Please, help me figure it out! Thanks!
