If there’s a bright spot on 666 Park Avenue (besides Jane Van Veen’s 666 Park Avenue fashion) it’s knowing that when I die, there’s a pretty good chance I’m going to get a kick ass apartment in New York.

All this time I’ve spent listening to my New York friends bitching about their tiny little convertible apartments, loud neighbors, small closets and I just want to tell them, it gets so much better on the other side.

And I’m not talking about New Jersey, either.

Sure, maybe you’ll have to live in the walls, and the elevators are hella slow at the Drake.

But at least you know your rent is never going up, the location is second to none, and the view is impeccable.

Seriously, I wouldn’t mind spending eternity staring at Dave Annable and Robert Buckley.
