But the best performance of all? Britney Spears in Lorena Sarbu, playing the lucid, wizened pop diva who’d never ever walk barefoot in a gas station.

Agree 100% about Britney.. She's always putting on an act. I saw her on Ellen, and I couldn't bear to watch her for more than 5 minutes. I was expecting Ellen to reach over and just shake her at any moment.. which is the only reason I even lasted the full 5 minutes. Kudos to you and anyone else who could actually watch full X-Factor episodes without throwing something at the TV.
