I have to believe that every person who has ever appeared on a non-scripted drama (fancy speak for reality show) has thought they would be the one to get a good episode. Whether it’s a Real Housewife, a Top Chef, a Top Model or a Gallery Girl, there’s a belief that if you watch what you say and do, you’ll come across as relatable, likeable and sane.

But if you were any of these things, you probably wouldn’t be on a reality TV show in the first place.
