I just received an e-mail from LK Bennett stating that they are releasing a new style next month called Maddox which is supposedly very similar to the Greta wedge. It will be available in several different colors.
I've found similar ones in Urban Outfitters, not my size unfortunately, but they are also quite lovely :)
