Being a girl is so fun.
I mean, sure, it’s not all great. There are crummy parts about being a girl. Like waxing. And periods.
And 7th grade.
But I’d much rather be a girl. We get the better hair. The better shoes. The makeup. The handbags. The sparkles.
And the party dresses.
Linda is my best (tiny) friend. Seriously, she’s so tiny. And funny. But mostly tiny. So, if you’re sad, Linda will take a picture of herself, sitting comfortably in a high chair. Or a Bugaboo.
Or a colander.
Lindy hates to shop, so when she asked me to find a party dress for her, I felt like a kid in a candy store. These days, party dresses are all about personality: embellishment, color, detail and short, short, short.
Sure, I know Lindy isn’t going to love all of these, but my hope is that somewhere in here, I’ve found Linda the perfect party dress.
