Intervention

Dana was a regular stay at home mom. She had two wonderful sons and a great husband (most of the time.) But then Dana found herself with too much time on her hands. Pretty soon she was watching as many as three episodes of Intervention in one day.

Dana has agreed to be part of a documentary on addiction.

She doesn’t know that she will soon face an intervention.
My name is Dana. D-A-N-A. I am addicted to shows about addiction. Nothing cheers me up more than Alison and her computer duster habit. Except, maybe Nicole who hasn’t swallowed for 14 years and carries around a Big Gulp as her “spit cup.”
Call it schadenfreude.
Call it a sickness.
Just don’t call me when Intervention is on.
Because I won’t answer the phone.
My best (crafty) friend Karen just sent me a tip. Yogi Tea Detox is a quick way to eliminate toxins from your body – and drop a few lbs quickly.
Karen weighs about a nickel to begin with, so I’m skeptical, but if this tea can actually combat fatigue, swelling and constipation, I’ll give it a shot.
Because it might not help Alison and her computer-duster addiction, but maybe it’ll help me drop these last ten baby (Cheetoes) pounds.
